Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Delivery times vary between 7-10 business days depending on your location within the continental United States
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • All wine coolers are shipped via our trusted drop shipping partners
  • We primarily use freight shipping services due to the size and weight of our products
  • Deliveries are made curbside only
  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the continental United States only
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses
  • Alaska and Hawaii deliveries are not available at this time
  • Residential and commercial addresses are both accepted

Delivery Information

  • The delivery carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Please ensure the delivery address is accessible to large freight trucks
  • You are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery
  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If you miss your scheduled delivery, a redelivery fee may apply
  • After two failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to the sender
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
  • You can also track your order on our website using your order number
  • For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery

Shipping Insurance

  • All shipments include basic shipping insurance
  • Coverage includes damage during transit
  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photographic evidence of damage may be required for claims
