Wine Coolers Online is committed to providing exceptional customer service in the wine cooler industry. Our goal is to make your shopping experience seamless and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We strive to meet your expectations at all times.

30-DAY RETURNS & REFUNDS

We appreciate your business and hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within our return policy guidelines.

Return Requirements

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
  • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse
  • Items must be returned in new, resalable condition with original packaging
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns

Return Process

To initiate a return, email support@winecoolersonline.com with:

  • Your name and order number
  • Reason for return
  • Images or videos confirming the unit is in perfect condition

Important: Wait for our escalation department to respond with further instructions before sending any items back. Return requests are processed during standard business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm EST.

Return Costs and Fees

  • 25% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If your order qualified for "Free Shipping," you'll be responsible for the actual outbound shipping cost
  • All shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund
  • Refunds are issued only to the original credit card used for purchase
  • Processing time: 3-7 business days after inspection

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Modified, upgraded, or custom special orders
  • Products eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty
  • Products with opened original manufacturer packaging
  • Products removed from original manufacturer packaging
  • Close-out items (all sales final)

Note: Wine Coolers Online is under no obligation to accept returns due to buyer's remorse.

Cancellation Terms

  • Within 24 hours: Free cancellation
  • 24-48 hours: Subject to processing fees
  • After 48 hours: Orders are considered in-transit and cannot be canceled
  • Custom/Made-to-order products: Cannot be canceled once production begins

Important: Refusing delivery constitutes unauthorized cancellation and may result in additional fees. Official cancellation requires confirmation by phone or email.


DAMAGED PACKAGES & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Upon Delivery

Inspect immediately with the delivery driver present:

  • Note any carton damage on carrier paperwork: "CARTON DAMAGE, SUBJECT TO INSPECTION"
  • For excessive damage with exposed product: Refuse shipment and note "Carton Damaged and Refused"
  • Report damage to support@winecoolersonline.com within 48 hours

Damaged in Transit

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products must include original box, packaging materials, manuals, and accessories
  • Shipping company will schedule pickup for inspection
  • Make product available for scheduled pickup to avoid delays

Manufacturer Defects

All defective products are handled by the manufacturer under their warranty terms. Wine Coolers Online is not responsible for replacing products covered under manufacturer warranty.


PRICE MATCHING

We price match against authorized retailers but do not match prices from:

  • Amazon marketplace sellers
  • eBay sellers
  • Overstock marketplace sellers
  • Non-reputable or questionable retailers

Price match requests must be made before purchase. Post-sale price matching is not honored.


CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

By purchasing from Wine Coolers Online, you acknowledge:

  • You will inspect packages upon delivery and document any damage
  • You have 7 days to notify us of exchange needs
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Products must be returned unused
  • Orders canceled after 48 hours incur a 25% restocking fee
