Ordered my CT48a from Dan sometime late August and received relatively quickly in early September. WineCoolers had the best price I could find online when shipping, and taxes all added in. I couldn’t be happier with it, it’s everything you’d expect from a high-end RACHING product. It keeps my cigars at the exact temp and humidity I like on all shelves, has a beautiful stainless steel exterior, led lights, energy efficient compressor, and best of all, I don’t need to fill the water reservoir often. In fact, have only filled it once since I got it. The unboxing is a chore as it comes on a pallet and a crate encased in thin plywood. But once you get it out, add water, plug it in, and add cigars. To be completely transparent, there were two minor issues. The picture on the website shows the unit with 8 shelves. Mine came with 7 plus two drawers occupying one of the shelves. I worked with Dan to get a replacement shelf ordered to replace the drawers as I preferred the 8 shelf configuration. The other minor issue is the three shelves that come with pull out rails; well it’s not exactly the smoothest pull out rails I’ve experienced. Other than that, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend Raching humidors (I have a MON2800 as well) and buying from WineCoolers and Dan. He checked up on me often to make sure I was happy with the purchase, and was quick to respond to my inquiries regarding the drawers…great customer service. See my pics, the drawers I replaced are visible on top of the unit, and it’s getting full…may need to get another unit from Dan soon!

This is the perfect sized cooler for under my bar. Wine, beer and sodas together in one place and all the right temperature. Yes, I would highly recommend this.
